We want you to be over the moon with your purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of our cosmetics, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and limited edition collections are final sale.

Return Process

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our warehouse.

  Pack With Care

  Securely package your unused items in their original celestial packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely and undamaged.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After we inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus shipping costs.
